The Fort Walla Walla Museum in collaboration with the Tamastslikt Cultural Institute in Pendleton and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation is hosting an exhibit of more than 250 Native American artifacts collected by a local family. The Lloyds maintained friendships with Nez Perce Indians over several generations, exchanging gifts. The collection will be displayed over two years; several items will be not be on exhibit through the entire time period, because of their fragile nature.
The museum is celebrating its fortieth anniversary in 2007.
Lewis & Clark's Missouri, Branson MO American's Presidents Museum

A traveling panel exhibition commemorating Lewis and Clark and the role Missouri played in the history making expedition is on display for 18 months from May 11, 2007 through December 31, 2008. The exhibit was created during the bicentennial by the Missouri Historical Society in St Louis. The American Presidents Museum in Branson is operated by the National Center for Presidential Studies. It is located at 2849 Gretna Rd., occupying nearly 8500 square feet on the third floor of the Majestic Steakhouse building. Admission to the exhibit is free with the purchase of regular museum admission.
